Position Summary
Pagitsas Advisors is seeking a Marketing and Community Manager — an early-career professional with a strong interest in sustainability and hands-on experience in marketing, brand management and community engagement.

This role supports Pagitsas' external presence through thought leadership content, digital marketing and community-building efforts — helping grow brand visibility and foster meaningful engagement with clients, partners and a broader senior sustainability network. It is well suited for someone who is organized, creative and eager to grow in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Thought Leadership

Support the development and distribution of thought leadership content including blog posts, newsletters, LinkedIn content and other digital assets.

Help translate firm expertise and insights into compelling, audience-appropriate content across channels.

Maintain a consistent content calendar, ensuring regular and timely publication aligned with firm priorities and market moments.
Brand & Digital Presence

Support management of Pagitsas' digital presence including the website and social media channels.

Ensure brand consistency across all external-facing materials and communications.

Track and report on digital engagement metrics to inform content strategy and channel priorities.
Community Engagement

Support engagement with Pagitsas' client, partner and sustainability professional community through curated outreach, events and digital touchpoints.

Help coordinate firm participation in industry events, conferences and webinars.

Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key communities and networks relevant to the firm's work and growth.
Operations & Coordination

Provide general marketing operations support including asset management, scheduling and project coordination.

Collaborate closely with firm leadership to align marketing activities with business priorities.
Qualifications
Required
-
1–4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications or community engagement.

Strong written communication skills with an ability to craft clear, engaging content for professional audiences.

Experience managing social media channels and digital content, particularly LinkedIn.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.

Genuine interest in sustainability, ESG or corporate responsibility.

Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team environment with limited oversight.
Strongly Preferred

Familiarity with sustainability topics, terminology or the corporate ESG landscape.

Experience supporting a professional services, consulting or mission-driven organization.

Experience with website content management, email marketing platforms or basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, environmental studies, business or a related field.
